Common questions.
№ I Where do leads come from?
Website contact and booking forms, WhatsApp lead intake, the site chatbot, Facebook Lead Ads, revenue tools, and manual or CSV import. Each lead stores its source so you know what channel works.
№ II Can I customize pipeline stages?
Yes. Rename stages, change colors, and reorder the Kanban columns in pipeline settings. Defaults include Contacted, Appointment Scheduled, Proposal Sent, Won, and Lost.
№ III How does CSV import work?
Upload a file, map columns to fields like name, email, phone, and company, preview rows, then import up to 500 at once. Project type is optional on bulk import.
№ IV What are lead alerts?
When a new lead is created, the assigned owner (or org admins) can get an email and SMS with key details and a link to the record. You configure templates and channels in Automations.
№ V Is this included when you build my site or app?
Growth Marketing and many web app projects wire forms and automations into this CRM. Book a call and we'll map capture, pipeline, and alerts to your launch.
