One inbox. Every channel.
Reply to SMS, WhatsApp, and email from a single workspace — create leads from threads, capture WhatsApp inbound, and keep internal notes where your team can see them.
Reply, convert, hand off.
Conversations replaces the phone's message app, personal inbox, and sticky notes with one place your whole team can trust.
Unified inbox
Search, filter, and pin threads across channels — unread counts and previews so you reply to the hottest conversations first.
SMS & WhatsApp
Two-way texting and WhatsApp from the same composer. Inbound messages arrive via Twilio webhooks and land in the right thread.
Email threading
Send and receive email with proper threading, attachments, and subject lines — inbound replies parsed through SendGrid.
Create leads from threads
Turn a conversation into a lead in one action — name, email, phone, and channel copied and linked automatically.
WhatsApp capture bot
Optional intake flow asks for name and email on inbound WhatsApp, creates or reuses a lead, and tags the source.
Notes & attachments
Internal notes stay off the customer thread. Attach files, record voice memos, and react to messages without switching tools.

Common questions.
№ I Which channels work today?
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, web chatbot (bridged to WhatsApp), and paid ads handoffs. Messenger, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X appear in the UI but require future API connections.
№ II Do I need Twilio?
For SMS and WhatsApp, yes — connect your agency Twilio account in Settings with from numbers and webhook URLs. Email uses SendGrid (preferred) or Resend as fallback.
№ III Can website chat go to Conversations?
Yes. The site chatbot can open a WhatsApp conversation and continue in the unified inbox so sales sees the full thread.
№ IV What's the difference between Messages and Notes?
Messages go to the customer on the active channel. Notes are internal-only — perfect for handoffs between team members.
№ V How does missed-call text-back fit in?
When someone calls and no one answers, automation sends an SMS and opens a conversation thread filtered as missed-call text-back.
